Carbon Markets Director
The CVF-V20 seeks a Carbon Markets Director to provide strategic leadership and direction for its carbon markets agenda; setting the vision and overseeing the development of policy, regulatory, and investment frameworks that enable high-value, high-integrity carbon markets and channel carbon finance toward achieving Climate Prosperity Plans. The Director will lead and grow the CVF-V20’s carbon markets practice and team, serve as the partnership’s senior representative to governments, standard setters, and financiers, and drive government cohesion, institutional capacity, and the mobilization of both carbon and climate finance to accelerate low-carbon and climate-resilient development across CVF-V20 member countries.

Travel Coordinator
The Travel Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating all domestic and global business travel for the Secretariat Staff, delegates and partners. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized self-starter who can manage multiple travel arrangements across continents and time zones to ensure seamless travel coordination. Core responsibilities include planning, organizing, coordinating and reporting on travel and travel expenses.

Invitation to Submit Expression of Interest: CVF-V20 Technical Advisory of Services-PCRIC
The CVF-V20 seeks the services of a competent firm or individual to provide technical advisory services. The successful candidate will be required to provide technical advisory support, including, but not limited to, the following: Conducting a diagnostic risk assessment on the feasibility of PCRIC becoming a reinsurer, including regulatory requirements, capital adequacy, risk appetite, operational and governance readiness; Providing advisory support to the PCRIC Board and Management on the pros and cons of a domestic reinsurance facility; Examining the business model of PCRIC, supporting the embedding of a reinsurance window as part of their overall product offerings, and assisting with the set-up of this instrument; Supporting PCRIC in discussions with regulators regarding the requirements of this new business window and assisting in fulfilling all regulatory requirements. This will involve drafting the regulatory submission and directly engaging with the regulators; and Coordinating with PCRIC to organize a workshop with relevant stakeholders to launch this initiative.

Health Resilience Coordinator
The Health Resilience Coordinator will lead the integration of climate and health evidence into CVF-V20 strategies, advocacy efforts, and program design. The role will ensure that the health priorities of climate-vulnerable economies are reflected in global policy processes, financing decisions, and national Climate Prosperity Plans (CPPs). The Health Resilience Coordinator will consolidate research, strengthen partnerships, and develop investable project concepts that address the widening health impacts of climate change—from extreme heat and vector-borne diseases to mental health burdens, non-communicable diseases (NCDs), and climate-related food insecurity.

Scientific Coordinator
The Scientific Coordinator will be responsible for aligning the latest scientific evidence with policy, finance, and advocacy efforts across climate-vulnerable economies. The Scientific Coordinator will support the implementation of the CVF-V20 Science and Health Agenda, ensuring it is firmly grounded in a climate justice lens. The role will focus on synthesizing and prioritizing scientific research on planetary boundaries and emerging scientific innovations relevant for mitigation, adaptation and resilience financing. The Scientific Coordinator will facilitate connections between science, decision-making, and country needs, while ensuring that the perspectives and priorities of vulnerable countries meaningfully shape global scientific discourse, particularly in relation to ocean systems, food systems, and frontier technologies.

Investment Associate (Ghana), Africa Regional Office
The Investment Associate will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and implementing programmatic activities under the Ghana’s Climate Prosperity Plan and related climate finance initiatives. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized self-starter who can manage complex workflows while bringing strong analytical and financial skills to support both program delivery and transaction advisory efforts. Core responsibilities include project management, stakeholder engagement, technical and policy analysis, and resource mobilization to advance Ghana’s transition toward climate-resilient and sustainable development pathways.
