CVF-V20 BOARD
The CVF-V20’s funding and its Secretariat’s execution are overseen by a dedicated CVF-V20 Board, which provides strategic leadership, oversight, and accountability for the organization. The Board sets the overall direction of the CVF-V20 Secretariat, ensures the effective implementation of its decisions, and upholds sound governance practices consistent with the organization’s mandate and objectives.
The Governing Board is composed of the Troika. This governance mechanism serves as a collaborative platform that enables CVF-V20 Secretariat support to CVF-V20 member states for action-oriented solutions and cooperation among climate-vulnerable countries to advocate for global climate justice, strengthen economic cooperation, mobilize financial and technical resources, and implement strategies to achieve climate prosperity. It operates on the principles of equity, solidarity, and national ownership.
