OBJECTIVE
The Investment Analyst in Bangladesh will be responsible for providing support in the coordination, and implementation of programmatic activities under the Bangladesh Climate Prosperity Plan (CPP) and related climate finance initiatives. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organised self-starter who can manage complex workflows while bringing strong analytical and financial skills to support both program delivery and transaction advisory efforts. Core responsibilities include project management, stakeholder engagement, technical and policy analysis, and resource mobilization to advance Bangladesh’s transition toward climate-resilient and sustainable development pathways.
The Analyst will work closely with government agencies, development partners, financial institutions, industry associations, private-sector actors, civil society, and academia to ensure smooth implementation, accelerated capacity, and effective delivery of program objectives. The role includes supporting due diligence processes, aspects of financial modelling and compliance workflows, engagement with private-sector partners, overseeing the contributions from partners, contributing to the structuring of climate-related transactions, supporting fundraising and investment preparation activities, and contributing to institutional growth through knowledge development, strategic research, and fund operations.
