The Report draws from the LSE Grantham database of climate laws of the world and provides an overview of the CVF member states political and constitutional set-ups which are pertinent in providing a functioning legislative environment, given the significance of political context and multilevel governance.
The objective of the report is to facilitate peer to peer learning, identify gaps and promote best practice.
