INTRODUCTION
The Climate Vulnerable Forum and Vulnerable 20 (CVF-V20) is an international intergovernmental organization of countries most threatened by climate change. It is currently composed of 70 member states from Africa, Asia, the Caribbean, Latin America, Middle East and the Pacific, representing 1.74 billion people worldwide. Headquartered in Ghana, the mandate of the CVF-V20 is to support member countries to build climate resilience and to turn their vulnerability into prosperity.
INVITATION TO REGISTER
The Secretariat of the CVF-V20 is seeking to pre-qualify reputable and qualified companies who are interested in supplying goods, services and works to the CVF-V20 for the year 2025. The CVF-V20 Secretariat hereby invites prospective suppliers to register with the Secretariat as approved suppliers for the year 2025 to provide the following goods, services and works:
- Travel/ticketing Services
- Promotional Materials and printing services
- IT Hardware, Consumables and repair services, Software supplies, development & Licensing; Networking, Installation & Repairs
- Office equipment, Consumables and Stationery
- Office furniture
- Vehicle Rental Services
- Vehicle servicing
- Conference and catering services
- Media and Publications: Photography & Video Production; Digital Advertising & Creative Services;
- Works
ELIGIBILITY
This invitation is open to both local and international suppliers. Eligible applicants should not have been cited for suspension or banned for corrupt or fraudulent procurement or business practices by recognized international organizations such as the United Nations, World Bank, and any recognized
public body locally or internationally.
REQUIREMENTS
Interested suppliers/service providers should submit applications and attach the required documentation below. Failure to submit all requirements may result in unsuccessful applications.
Applicants may apply for more than one category.
- Certificate of incorporation
- Company profile including directors/shareholders
- Catalogue of goods/services where available
- Tax Registration and Tax clearance Certificates
- Social Security Registration
- Evidence of at least three (3) similar works executed, with supporting customer references
- Evidence of registration with regulators/professional associations where available
- Labour Certificates and evidence of registration with the Ministry of Works & Housing in respect
- of works.
CRITERIA FOR SELECTION
The Secretariat will conduct a detailed assessment all applications in line with the requirements. Shortlisted applicants will undergo a further detailed technical evaluation before a final selection is made.
