COP28 Preparations Meeting with CVF Members

The CVF Secretariat convened a virtual meeting on COP28 Preparations for CVF members. This meeting was held in two sessions to cover different time zones and aimed at enhancing effective engagement and support for CVF delegations ahead of COP28. The meeting kicked off with welcoming remarks by Hon. Dr. Henry Kokofu, Special Envoy of the CVF Ghana Presidency, followed by a presentation on CVF Priorities and COP28 Expectations given by the CVF Secretariat. A presentation on the recently launched 2023 Traffic Light Assessment Report and the “Fair Share Now” Campaign was also introduced to the audience creating better awareness and engagement on key issues going into COP28.
